About Debra
I’ve always been drawn to helping people—especially during seasons when answers are hard to find.
My life and career have taken many turns, but one common thread has remained: supporting others through care, connection, and clarity.
Over the years, I’ve learned that living well isn’t about quick fixes or perfect timing. It’s about faith anchored in real life, health supported at the cellular level, and wisdom earned through experience.
A Career Rooted in Care
For many years, I worked as a Human Resources recruiter in pediatric home health care, helping nurses from around the world find meaningful work caring for medically fragile children.
That role required compassion, discernment, and a deep respect for both science and humanity—values that continue to guide me today. Supporting families, clinicians, and children during vulnerable moments shaped how I view health, service, and responsibility.
A Lifelong Student of Health & Wellness
Over time, my professional experiences led me deeper into the study of wellness, nutrition, and cellular health—particularly as it relates to aging, inflammation, immune balance, and recovery.
I don’t chase trends.
I look for patterns, evidence, and long-term results.
My approach has always been rooted in understanding how the body works and how it can be supported wisely, gently, and sustainably.
Faith, Resilience, and Real Life
I am a woman of faith who has lived a full life—one marked by challenges, growth, loss, healing, and resilience.
Those experiences shaped my belief that the body is fearfully and wonderfully made, and that when properly supported, it has an incredible capacity to restore balance and heal. Faith, to me, is not separate from real life—it informs how I live, how I learn, and how I serve.
